How do you ensure the freshness of your pasties and cream teas?
All our food items are baked fresh to order and shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with gel packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
When will my order arrive?
We offer next-day delivery across the UK for orders placed before 2pm Monday through Thursday. You can also select a specific delivery date at checkout for special occasions.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift box?
Yes, you can add a free gift message during the checkout process, which we will print on a high-quality gift card and tuck inside your hamper.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
We currently offer a selection of vegan pasties and gluten-free cream tea hampers. Please check the specific dietary sections on our website for the full range.
What should I do if my order is damaged or delayed?
While we strive for perfection, if your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
How should I store my products once they arrive?
Cream and jam should be refrigerated immediately. Pasties can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months; reheating instructions are included in every box.
