Due to the perishable nature of our Cornish pasties and cream tea hampers, we are unable to accept returns on food items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging, including the courier shipping label, to help us process your claim.

Resolution
